Coolkenno GAA & LGFA Golf Classic 🏌️
We are delighted to announce that our Golf Classic will take place on Friday, July 24th at Coollattin Golf Club.
With works due to begin on our new Astro Turf Project, this year’s Golf Classic is a hugely important for our community. The funds raised will help us continue to develop facilities and provide opportunities for current and future generations in our club.
We would encourage everyone to get involved by entering a team, sponsoring the event, or supporting it in any way they can. Every contribution, big or small, will help make this project a huge success.

⛳️Primary Schools’ Visit to Coollattin Golf Club⛳️
The morning of Thursday, 11th June was an exciting experience both for Coollattin Golf Club and pupils from seven local primary schools. Pupils from Scoil Aodán Naofa, Carnew; All Saints’ N.S. Carnew; Scoil Muire na Naird, Shillelagh; Shillelagh No 1 N.S.; Tinahely N.S; Kilcommon N.S. and Coolfancy N.S. arrived to practice and hone the skills they had learned in their respective schools over the past six weeks with Aaron Cashin from Golf Ireland.
There was a real sense of team spirit, enthusiasm, competitiveness as everyone tackled the games that were set up. Even the teachers had a go! Great fun was had by all and it was obvious that there are many young potential golfers in the locality!
A big thank you to the schools for getting involved and to all our members from Coollattin who made the day the success it was.
